Terms of Service

1. Who we are

cloudaisecurity.com (“the service”) is operated by AINOW Group OÜ, registry code 17614812, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, Kesklinna linnaosa, Harju maakond, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia (“we”, “us”). Contact: machines@ainow.xyz.

2. The service

The service reads configuration from AI provider accounts you connect, evaluates it against published rules, publishes a trust page you control, and produces questionnaire exports. It is a business tool for organisations; by using it you confirm you act on behalf of an organisation and have authority to connect its provider accounts.

3. “Verified” is not a certification

A “verified” fact means we read it from a provider’s API on the stated date and evaluated it with the rule version shown on the checks page. We do not audit your organisation, certify compliance with any standard or law, or guarantee that a buyer will accept the output. Statements you add are yours and are published as attested by you. You are responsible for their accuracy.

4. Your account and credentials

You must provide read-only credentials with the least privilege we document. You remain responsible for those credentials and may revoke them at any time at the provider. We encrypt them as described in our Security page and use them only to perform the service. Keep your sign-in methods secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

5. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, in US dollars, plus applicable VAT. Prices are shown on the billing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and access continues until then. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; the new price applies from your next renewal.

Trials. Trials end automatically after the stated period. Verification pauses; your data and trust page remain for 90 days so you can choose a plan.

Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to provide the service for a material part of a paid period, in which case we refund that part pro rata.

Taxes. You are responsible for taxes on your use of the service except taxes on our income. Provide a valid VAT number at checkout where applicable.

6. Your content and our intellectual property

You own the statements, settings and exports you create. You grant us a licence to host, process and display them to operate the service, including publishing your trust page when you choose to publish it. We own the service, the rules, and the generated output formats. The rules package is separately licensed under the MIT licence where published as open source.

7. Acceptable use

Do not connect accounts you are not authorised to connect, attempt to access other customers’ data, probe or disrupt the service, publish misleading statements, or use the service to make claims of compliance or certification that it does not support.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Provider APIs change; where a check can no longer be evaluated it is shown as unverifiable rather than removed silently. We may change or retire features with reasonable notice.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or decisions made by you or third parties in reliance on the service. Our total liability for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Ending the service

You may cancel at any time from the billing page. We may suspend or end your access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law, with notice where practicable. On termination we delete your credentials immediately and your other data within 90 days, except records we must keep by law.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email or in the app at least 14 days before they apply. These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes go to the courts of Estonia, without affecting mandatory rights where you are established.
